In winter you will find several ski areas within a 20-minute drive, including the Gerlitzen in Austria, Kranjska Gora in Slovenia and Monte Lussari in Italy.
In summer, enjoy the many lakes and numerous hiking and biking trails. In addition, there are numerous mountain bike trails.

The apartment house, which contains four apartments, stands on a plot of 3000m2 and borders a garden with an orchard with the river Gail behind it.

Two 2-person studios are situated on the ground floor. The studios are suitable for 1 or 2 persons and are fully furnished and fully equipped. It is allowed to bring 1 pet to this location. The studios both have a private outdoor seating area where you can eat or relax in a sheltered place.

Via a fixed staircase you reach a spacious 4-person apartment on the first floor with a spacious sitting area and kitchen, a separate toilet and bathroom and two bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with a box spring and two single beds respectively.

At the top of the apartment house you will find a spacious loft. The loft has an open character with a sleeping area and a sofa bed, making it suitable for up to 4 people. From the living area there is a view of the garden and the Dobratsch beyond.

The spacious garden borders the river Gail and is a true paradise. With nice sheltered areas, several lounge areas and fruit trees and shrubs that you can use freely during the season, it is a true haven of peace. A Finnish outdoor sauna and an infrared indoor sauna including a relaxation area complete the whole. Of course, an outdoor shower to cool down after your sauna round is not missing.

The Gail, which borders the garden, flows from the Obertilliach Mountains to the Drau and has a length of 122 km. There are numerous fish in the water, such as brook trout, rainbow trout and grayling. Anglers, and especially fly fishermen, can indulge themselves here. Prefer not to fish actively? It is particularly good to stay on the shore. From the lounge area on the jetty, the view automatically falls on the dozens of trees and shrubs, which have their own character every season, and the flowing river with clear, cooling water. The perfect place to forget about time and enjoy.
